Our menus are based on local produce and typically include Certified Aberdeen Angus, langoustines from Gourdon, mussels from Shetland, scallops from Orkney, wild boar and venison from the Highlands and salmon from the Dee and Don. We are also one of only three Restaurants in Scotland to gain the coveted British Cheese Board Award, which reflects the variety as well as the freshness of our cheeses.
