Our menus are based on local produce and typically include Certified Aberdeen Angus, langoustines from Gourdon, mussels from Shetland, scallops from Orkney, wild boar and venison from the Highlands and salmon from the Dee and Don. We are also one of only three Restaurants in Scotland to gain the coveted British Cheese Board Award, which reflects the variety as well as the freshness of our cheeses. Recommended in no less than 12 good food guides, the Lairhillock prides itself on Quality: Quality of food, Quality of service and Quality of surroundings. Our location dictates that our quality must be one step ahead if you the customer are to keep returning and we hope that you find it so.
