Lairhillock Inn's Festive Menu

The Festive Menu will start from the 1st December and will run until the 24th December. The Festive menu will be served the Crynoch Function Suite and available for parties of 10 or more

For those parties under 10 tables can be booked in the Lounge/Conservatory where the normal menu will be available along with festive favourites on the special board.

STARTERS

Leek and Potato Soup (V)
Served with farmhouse bread

Duck Liver and Port Parfait
Served with oatcakes and a cherry and raspberry gin chutney

Lairhillocks Own Smoked duo of Salmon (GF)
Hot smoked salmon mousse served on sliced smoked salmon flowers

Crynoch Prawn Cocktail (GF)
Topped with a vermouth infused marie rose sauce

Goats Cheese, Beetroot and Caramelised Shallot Filo Parcel (V)
Accompanied by a tossed salad with pomegranate and toasted pine kernels

MAIN COURSES

Traditional Roasted Turkey
With skirlie, chipolatas and a rich turkey gravy

Roast Rib Eye of Scottish Beef
Served with Yorkshire pudding, haggis bonbons and beef gravy

Pan Seared Fillet of Salmon (GF)
Topped with a wild mushrooms drenched in a soft herb butter

 Roasted Pork Tenderloin (GF)
Drizzled with a pink peppercorn sauce

 Butternut Squash and Stilton Risotto (GF) (V)
Served with shaved parmesan and croutons
