Lairhillock Inn's Festive Menu

The Festive Menu will start from the 1st December and will run until the 24th December. The Festive menu will be served the Crynoch Function Suite and available for parties of 10 or more

For those parties under 10 tables can be booked in the Lounge/Conservatory where the normal menu will be available along with festive favourites on the special board.

STARTERS

Lentil and Smoked Ham Hock Soup
Served with farmhouse bread

Chicken and Macsween Haggis Terrine
Served with oatcakes and a plum chutney

Crynoch Smoked Salmon Roses

Served with a hot smoked salmon mousse and drizzled with horseradish infused crème fraiche

Prawn Cocktail
Served with a crispy iceberg lettuce and sun blush tomato salad

Toasted Hazelnut and Pumpkin Filo Parcel
Drizzled with a blue cheese sauce


MAIN COURSES

Traditional Roasted Turkey
With skirlie, chipolatas, baked sprouts au gratin and a rich turkey gravy

Roast Rib Eye of Scottish Beef
Served with Yorkshire pudding and beef gravy

Seared Fillet of Cod
Topped with a pesto crumble and drenched in a red chilli butter 

Roasted Duck Breast

Accompanied by a marsala gravy

Cranberry and Pistachio Nut Roast
Served with a wild mushroom gravy
